A Special Meeting was conducted on January 29, 2020, at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse to present, approve or disapprove a revised 2020 Operating Budget and Annual Assessment. By majority vote of the lot owners in attendance, the revised budget was approved and the 2020 Annual Assessment set at $495.
