The Arden Lake Homeowners Association maintains the common grounds, facilities, and assets as per Covenants Article IV, Section 2, and relies on the Annual Assessment collected from its members to do so.
For 2025, the Arden Lake Association Annual Assessment will be $603 with the payment schedule as follows:
On or before April 15th (Extended from March 31 this year) . . . Annual Assessment without penalty = $603
April 15 – April 22, 2025 . . . Annual Assessment with $50 penalty = $653
April 22, 2025 – May 6, 2025 . . . . . . . Annual Assessment with $150 penalty = $753
Payment postmarked, credit card payment initiated, or received after May 6, 2025 will be assessed additionally $50 per month late fee for each subsequent 30 days and late payers will also be responsible for any collection or attorney’s fees in addition to the late fees.
You can make payment using the link below, or by check (personal, bank or money order). All checks are to be made payable to Arden Lake Homeowners Association, include your lot number in the memo field, and mailed to Arden Lake Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 1230, Kennesaw GA 30156.
The postmark date on the envelope, and not the date of the check determines how late fees are assessed.
If paying by credit card, a payment processing fee will automatically be added to the payment amount.

Partial payments do not exempt a homeowner from a late fee or penalty. Assessments will be considered unpaid, and late fees will accrue until the entire assessment amount is paid. The official date of payment will be the postmark on the payment envelope. The postmark date on the envelope and not the date of the check determines Late Penalty assessments. Non-payment of Assessments plus late penalties (if applicable) may result in a member being restricted from use of the Association amenities and voting rights
In the event a homeowner is unable to pay their annual assessment in a timely manner, please contact the Arden Lake HOA Board at hoa@ardenlake.org immediately. Communication is key, and the HOA Board is willing to work with any homeowner who needs to make acceptable payment arrangements.
